using a variety of equipment including free weights, fit balls, medicine balls etc. Mat work and core conditioning are included and the programme is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically.

the best way for weight loss is through exercise that gets the heart rate up. A variety of methods are used i.e. power walking, running, (inside or outside in the park) low impact step and aerobics, circuits etc. and all combined with toning exercises.

due to our lifestyles nowadays we are a lot less flexible than we used to be. More and more people are in sedentary jobs, seated over a computer all day or sitting in a car for hours travelling, and as a nation we are a lot less mobile and flexible. Every session is spent stretching out the muscles in a state of relaxation.

an easy going but effective workout designed to help the new mum get back in to shape. Pilates is a great way to help strengthen those deep stomach muscles that have stretched through your pregnancy. We will also be working on weight loss, toning and flexibility.
