I am Anny,
a professional dancer, fitness instructor and personal
trainer. I am fully qualified, fully insured and recognised
by the Register of Exercise-Professionals. I have been a professional dancer
for over 15 years, and specialize in Pilates and postural-based
training, blended with dance techniques, flexibility
and suppleness.
I believe that personal fitness is a sensible blend
of aerobic exercise, strength and toning, core stability,
flexibility and a balanced healthy nutritious diet,
but that most of all it should be interesting, fun and
motivating.
